Oh what fun we have had with Brett, Erin & Jared!!! Jared, luckily has been able to be with us a week while, Brett & Erin were only here for 4 days...but what a lot we packed into those days.Highborne, Cay & Warderick Wells with Jared, Cambridge Cay, Compass Cay, Big Major & Staniel with everyone. Snorkeling, riding in the dinghy, swimming with sharks, cave diving, swimming pigs,( boy do they like strawberries), iguana looking, eating & drinking, are a few things we did. I was so excited to show the kids the outer islands, the Exumas, which are gorgeous. Jared, Donato & I are at Atlantis & Jared leaves tomorrow. Whoever said "Time flies when you are having fun." was telling the truth! Donato & I will be back in the states in a week. I have such mixed emotions...I love the Exumas and am sad to leave but am looking forward to seeing friends & family in the states. We have been aboard 1 year & 7 months & I have loved this! It even surprised me how much I have enjoyed this adventure. You look at things much differently after living on board. You find out how wasteful we all are, how we all have too many "things", how important friends & family are..and you find out who your real friends are, you value each day & the beauty that surrounds you & marvel at so many things such as rainbows, sunsets, stars & the moon rising over the ocean. This has been an awesome experience that Donato & I have shared. We are not sure what we will do when we get back to the states. Unfortunately our house in Tx has not sold. Its funny while on board we love being on the boat & when we are home we love being there. Who knows what will happen..I'll keep you all posted!!!
Till Next Time,
Bonnie
